The AGV cart for material handling was put into use: The transformation from manual material handling to AGV automatic material was realized, and employees only need to tow the material cart to the designated workstation, and the system can deliver materials accurately according to the order requirements, greatly reducing the time for material search and transportation, and effectively eliminating the phenomenon of misused materials.
The automatic test equipment for high voltage transformer was launched: The original manual bending operation was upgraded to equipment completion, integrating performance testing and bending processing, which not only lightened the labor intensity of employees but also significantly improved the consistency and production efficiency of products, with an overall efficiency of 10%.
