      At 3 p.m. on May 9, 2025, Tianxing Appliances and Tem Electrical held a grand "Lean Zero Defect" mobilization meeting in the fourth-floor report hall. The company's general manager, Qian Zhong, deputy general manager, Zhang Hongwei, and leaders of various business departments attended, and special guests included Fangtai's Quality Director, Tan Fulin, and Quality, Kong Haibin, who were invited to provide guidance.

      The meeting had five agenda items. At the beginning of the meeting, all participants recited the company's policy together to build consensus. Then, representatives from the Production Department, Ren Yisong, and the Quality Department, Gao Shuang, took the stage separately to share understanding and practical experience of "zero defects" in their respective positions. The company's Quality Director, Luo Fumao, systematically reviewed the background and significance of implementing "an Zero Defects" and elaborated on the implementation path and action plan for 2025. Fangtai's Quality Director, Tan Fulin, took stage to make an empowering guidance speech, bringing external advanced experience and professional suggestions. Finally, General Manager Qian Zhihong made a summary speech for the meeting, further clar the direction and determination of the quality assault.

      During the meeting, we reviewed the company's zero-defect progress together. From 2017 to 208, under the leadership of Fangtai, the company initially introduced the "zero defects" concept, established "get it right the first time" as the core of quality, and gradually formed a "prevention-first" quality culture through standard building and all-staff training. From 2018 to 2019, "set example, get it right the first time", management took the lead in implementing standards, organized Fangtai Zero Defect Day, carried out zero-defect topics, set goal of zero defects, and used actions to convey the culture of responsibility. From 2020 to 2022, focusing on "meet the requirements, it right the first time", we continued to organize staff training, convert customer needs into quantifiable indicators, and promote the dual improvement of quality and efficiency. From 203 to 2024, we emphasized "collaborative prevention", established full-time promotion agencies, strengthened cross-departmental collaboration, implemented full-process control from design to delivery, and significantly reduced rework and waste. In 2025, the company will further promote the deep integration of Lean Zero Defects the "Two Highs and One Low" (High Efficiency, High Quality, Low Labor Intensity) goals, injecting new momentum into the development of the enterprise.

     Manager Qian Zhihong emphasized in his summary that quality is the foundation of an enterprise's survival and the key to winning the market competition. He called on all staff take "get it right the first time" as the code of conduct and "Two Highs and One Low" as the goal orientation, deeply integrate the concept of Lean Zeroects into daily work, create greater value through collaborative prevention, and achieve resource integration and efficiency improvement. Standing at the new starting point, the company must fight for survival with more and take more practical actions, break through with quality, and jointly promote new breakthroughs in performance!
