In order to further improve the professional skills level of employees and strengthen the construction of high-quality talent team, Cixi Tianxing Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. applied to become the third batch of vocational skill level certification enterprises in Cixi City in July 2024. On the afternoon of October 18, 2024, some employees were independently organized to undergo the certification work of valve assembly and commissioning senior workers (level three).

The company attaches great importance to the vocational skill level certification work, strictly prepares according to the certification standards and requirements, and sets up standardized theoretical and practical examination rooms. The certification of Senior Engineer (Level 3) for valve assembly and commissioning has also received strong support from employees, with a total of 115 employees registering to participate.

The first one is a theoretical exam. At the theoretical exam site, students carefully listen to the exam discipline and remember the precautions and exam points before the exam begins. After the exam, the order on site was orderly, and everyone responded calmly and seriously with a rigorous attitude, fully demonstrating the good mental outlook and business ability of Tianxing employees.

The second session is a practical exam, which involves disassembling and assembling valves. At the practical exam site, students need to disassemble the parts of the water valve one by one, and then assemble the disassembled parts. The students applied the knowledge they learned in their daily studies to practical operations, completed the practical exam in an orderly manner, and strived to perform at their highest level, with the fastest completion time being within 1 minute. During the examination process, all examination staff and invigilators strictly adhere to the system of vocational skill level recognition, uphold the principles of objectivity and fairness, and provide a solid guarantee for the quality of assessment.

Through everyone's joint efforts, a total of 107 students passed the skill level certification exam and obtained the vocational skill level certificate of valve assembly and commissioning senior worker. The self certification of senior workers has achieved complete success, not only effectively improving the professional skills of employees, but also providing valuable experience for the company to carry out self certification of other types of vocational skills in the future.
